Each new student will be onboarded with a complimentary Zoom session, where we will discuss your training goals & expectations, pair you up with an instructor, and discuss all relevant class details.

* in-person training can take place in any commercial space fit for working out (condo gym, dance studio, etc.), studio fees are extra. We do not operate out of private residential spaces

How Do I Book a Private Class?

Please follow the 2 simple steps below:

Step 1

Purchase a Pass

Create an account on Punch Pass, and purchase a class package (1 , 5, 10 classes available)

Step 2

Send us your availability for the complimentary Zoom onboarding session

E-mail us a few time blocks over a span of a week, and we will send you a calendar invite for a time that works for both of us
