WORKPLACE WELLNESS PROGRAMS

Thanks to our new self-isolating reality, many of us are currently working or studying remotely. Occasionally, in well-equipped home offices or study spaces, but more often in hastily put together furniture ensembles that are not very ergonomic. Furthermore, with the added stresses of our new reality, it can be difficult to find the time and motivation to exercise, or to simply move beyond what's required to get through the day!

At FLEXSPACE STUDIOS, we've made it our mission to keep motivating people to get off their chairs, stretch their bodies, and get that energy flowing again. Our team understands just how tight the body can feel from hours of immobility, and we recognize how we can help improve overall physical activity. We work with many corporations in order to help them build a healthy exercise program that is personalized to accommodate their teams' work schedules.

Our workplace wellness program is based upon our Full Body Stretch & Tone model, which focuses on dynamic & active stretching as well as foundational conditioning. We incorporate a strong foundation of movement into our classes that include elements of dance, yoga, barre, and Pilates. We work on developing mobility (strength + flexibility) in the entire body, every class. Modifications are provided to suit a variety of levels of physical fitness; however, our classes are designed with the assumption that most participants will have limited experience in movement. There is no movement experience required to be able to take a class!

 

We tailor all classes to the client’s preferences. All of our classes consist of unique sequences of movements that keeps participants inspired to want to continue to move their bodies and feel great afterwards!
