Thanks to our new self-isolating reality, many of us are working or studying remotely now - sometimes in well-equipped home offices or study spaces, but more often in hastily put together furniture ensembles that are not very ergonomic. Furthermore, with the added stresses of our new reality, it can be difficult to find the time and motivation to exercise, or to simply move beyond what's required to get through the day!
At FLEXSPACE STUDIOS, we've made it our mission to keep motivating people to get off their chairs, stretch their bodies, and get that energy flowing again. Our team understands just how broken the body can feel from hours of immobility, and they know just how to fix it, too! We work with corporations, schools, professional societies, hobby clubs, and many other types of organizations to help them build a healthy exercise schedule into their lives.

Our team offerings are usually based on our Full Body Stretch & Tone model, which focuses on dynamic & active stretching as well as foundational conditioning. We incorporate various schools of movement into our classes, and you can expect to see elements of dance, yoga, and pilates - just to name a few!
We work on developing mobility in most major joints and flexibility in most major muscle groups in every single class. Modifications are provided to suit a variety of levels of physical fitness; however, our team offerings are designed with the assumption that most participants will have limited experience in movement. Of course, the level of intensity can always be modified - if you & your teammates regularly work out, we can easily dial it up!
