Shoulder mobility is crucial for both everyday life as well as functional performance.
And you usually know when you are lacking shoulder mobility...
YOU MAY BE:
realizing you can't seem to find the pole in a pole move
looking to improve your handstands or backbends
looking to find expression and freedom of movement in your dancing
not able to lift a weight past a certain point while at the gym
not able to reach high enough to grab a boulder while rock climbing
OR simply be having trouble throwing a ball for your dog after sitting at a desk all day!
These are all signs your shoulder mobility is not at the optimal level for the activity you are trying to do.
And there is a lot that goes into shoulder mobility! The shoulders are these almost-floating, very unique joints that require quite perfect coordination to function. Doing a couple of exercises just won’t cut it here - if you are serious about improving your shoulder mobility, you need a targeted plan that works through and challenges your body across all possible scenarios of just how your shoulders can move.
We created this guide to help you take the guesswork out of shoulder mobility routines. This package will give you everything you'll need to level up your shoulder mobility game.
