We come across this ALL THE TIME – people expressing their interest in working on their flexibility/mobility, but fearing that they might not be “flexible enough” for the FLEXSPACE method and/or that “all other students will already be way more advanced”.

2️⃣ Each exercise we provide has multiple stages/variations to it and can be equally effective for both rookies as well as those experienced with flexibility work. We work with and for the students, and provide appropriate modifications whenever needed.

3️⃣ Last but not least, stretching classes are not (only) about splits and fancy tricks. Those are fun & beautiful, sure, and we always try to set goals just outside of our comfort zone.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ However, flexibility is also about deeply connecting to our own bodies through creative movement.⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣ It is about building strength and mobility, letting go of muscle tension, saying “ciao, ciao!” to limiting beliefs (our bodies are MAGIC!), achieving beautiful posture, finding our way to inner confidence and emotional well-being.
