We created this guide to help you take the guesswork out of foot + ankle mobility exercise routines. No more doing the same 3 exercises you learned from your ballet teacher or a YouTube fitness guru. This package will give you everything you'll ever need to level up your feet + ankle mobility game!
So What's in This Course?
This mobility course was designed to be appropriate for all levels.
Beginners: You will be able to vary the level of intensity simply by adjusting your body movement or doing less reps
Advanced Movement Practitioners: Increase the number of reps per exercise and do the workout more often
No Fancy Equipment Needed
Here are the things we will use for this course:
1) Small towel (or any small piece of material)
2) Elastic exercise band (or any stretchy fabric)
3) Small ball (or any non-slippery object)
4) Exercise block (or folded blanket/pillow)
5) Foot roller (or tennis ball)
Pretty straightforward, right? All of these objects (or their substitutes) can already be found in your home.
