WE BELIEVE IN WELLNESS THROUGH MOVEMENT, AND THIS INCLUDES YOUR FEET AND ANKLES. OUR GOAL IS TO MAKE YOUR FEET AND ANKLES STRONGER AND MORE FLEXIBLE - NOT TO ACHIEVE QUICK RESULTS AT ANY COST (WHICH IS A PATH YOU WILL USUALLY REGRET LATER IN LIFE).

YOU WON'T NEED ANY FANCY EQUIPMENT.

Here are the things we will use for this course:

1) Small towel (or any small piece of material)

2) Elastic exercise band (or any stretchy fabric)

3) Small ball (or any non-slippery object)

4) Exercise block (or folded blanket/pillow)

5) Foot roller (or tennis ball)

Pretty straightforward, right? All of these objects (or their substitutes) can already be found in your home.
