Full Body Flexibility

Full Body Flexibility classes are a perfect combination of gentle conditioning and mobility work. Expect to move, stretch and tone throughout the entire session. The Full Body class will focus on developing mobility in all major joints and flexibility in all major muscle groups. 

This class is suitable for beginners and lower-intermediate students.

Front Splits

Front Splits classes are a perfect combination of conditioning and flexibility/mobility work. The Front Splits class will focus on developing the flexibility and strength in the muscles you need in order to get those perfect front splits - both on the floor and in the air.

This is a HIGHER intensity class, suitable for those with some experience, those who are close to having or have their splits already, and those that wish to learn to turn their passive splits into active ones.

Middle Splits

Middle Split classes are a perfect combination of conditioning and flexibility/mobility work. The Middle Splits class will focus on - you guessed it - working towards your middle splits in a safe and controlled manner. The focus will be on opening up the hips, and lengthening + strengthening the muscles required for that beautiful middle split.

This is a HIGHER intensity class, suitable for those with some experience, those who are close to having or have their splits already, and those that wish to learn to turn their passive splits into active ones.

Backbending

Backbending classes are a perfect combination of conditioning and flexibility/mobility work. The Backbends class will focus on developing spine mobility and working towards different types of backbends. You will learn to activate the right muscles and build the strength and mobility necessary for those gorgeous upper body lines.

This class is suitable for intermediate to advanced students; variations will be given for all moves.

Dance FIT

Dance FIT classes are our newest offering, bringing you a conditioning-only class drawing from dance in inspiration. Expect challenging movement that will test your strength, coordination, and flexibility all at once!

This class is suitable for ALL LEVELS

Barre FIT

Check out our spin on barre: a workout combining traditional ballet movement with elements from pilates and fitness. You do NOT need any specialized equipment for this class (no barres or weight balls required)! A stable chair will work perfectly. Come ready to sweat & burn, laugh & cry.
